The local studio
The portfolio studio works in your browser. It checks simple text patterns, organises entries and calculates an illustrative renewal scenario. It does not call a registry, registrar, trade-mark search, valuation or escrow API. Inputs are not saved between visits or sent to our server by the studio.
Use public, non-sensitive names only. Adding a studio brief to the enquiry places it into the form for you to review. It is sent only when you submit that form.
Enquiry details
The form requests your name, email, enquiry type, scope and requirements. Company and phone are optional. These details are sent to the team handling Domain Estates enquiries to understand and respond to your request.
Do not send transfer/Auth codes, registrar passwords, identity documents, financial information, confidential agreements or private third-party data. An enquiry is not a secure document room, a legal engagement or an escrow transaction. Agree an appropriate route before sharing sensitive material.
Essential form security
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie and a security token. The hosting server may process technical request information such as IP address and request time for security, rate limiting, delivery and operation. This site has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
External sources and providers
Educational links lead to external websites with their own terms and privacy practices. This site does not open an escrow account, register a domain or submit a trade-mark application on your behalf. Any separately agreed service needs its own data handling and commercial arrangements.
Your choices
You can use the guide without entering information. For an enquiry-data question, use the form and choose “Other”. You can ask the team to explain use, correct contact details or discuss deletion of information no longer needed.
